About Stephanie
Like many writers, my love of language began early, and some of my fondest memories are of writing pre-teen, angsty poetry while sitting on the rocks overlooking the Bay of Fundy. That love led me to change my university degree from sciences (which I also adored) to English Literature, and I went on to do a Masters in medieval lit. Chaucer and Lydgate were my favorites, and many of my first writing efforts were set in that era (I still have a historical romance inside me, dying to come out!).

Life became busy and writing took a back seat for many years. Now, in my 50's, I've returned to the keyboard and I'm thrilled to finally bring so many of my characters to life. You'll see that love, family, friendship and romance are persistent themes in my books, as I feel they truly do make the world go 'round. I hope you enjoy my stories and find inspiration and humor within the pages.

On a personal note, I grew up in New Brunswick, Canada, and now live just outside of Toronto. I'm divorced and the mom of amazingly talented and beautiful twin daughters who inspire me every day to be my best self. I love the gym, potato chips and animated movies, and have an annoying habit of whipping out tarot cards at inconvenient times. My two cats, Murphy and Luna, are my adorable writing companions.
